The Foundation staff is gearing up for the Regional Race Giving Challenge, and we’re calling on you to be a Foundation Champion and encourage giving! In this toolkit, you’ll find information about how you can help with our digitally-driven campaign and cheer your region across the finish line! Win or lose, the real prize is knowing that we are coming together as an unstoppable force for good!

The fun starts now and will culminate in an announcement on Saturday, June 29 of the region whose members give the largest dollar amount throughout this special campaign! Be sure to check the Regional Race Leaderboard frequently to see which Region is in the lead.

• Support your Region by making a gift to the Regional Race Giving Challenge!
• Start sharing information about the Regional Race with sisters and encourage them to participate by making a gift to the Foundation.
• Follow the Foundation on Facebook and Instagram. Cheer for your region and show them some love when they are featured on social media!
• Use the sample posts and graphics to share why you’re a Regional Race Champion.
• You can also offer a matching gift. Please reach out to dogood@deltagamma.org for more information on matching gifts.

June 25-27

• Help us reach our goal by encouraging your sisters in your region to support the Delta Gamma Foundation’s Regional Race Giving Challenge.
  • Send a text or email to a few sisters encouraging them to make a gift.
• Post on social media about why you support the Foundation. You can create your own or use the sample posts and graphics.
  • Tag a few sisters who inspire you to do good and challenge them to join you in supporting the DG Foundation!
  • Use the hashtag #DGRegionalRace.

June 28

• Share what place your region is in! Make sure to check the Regional Race Leaderboard for up-to-date information.

June 29

• Today is the last chance to represent your region and support the Foundation! The Regional Race will close at 7:30 p.m. Pacific time.

• Gifts to the Loyalty Fund mean members are supported in their educational pursuits, are given opportunities to learn and grow through mentorship and leadership training, and people living with blindness or other vision loss gain access to the tools they need to live full, unrestricted lives.
• Last year, the Foundation granted over 500 scholarships, fellowships and grants; granted $800,000 to the Fraternity to support innovative and transformational programming; and granted 66 Service for Sight grants totaling $400,000 to organizations advocating for people in the blind and visually impaired community.
