Through membership in Delta Gamma, our sisters have access to programs and events that empower each to live the values outlined in Article II. Our programs and events are as dynamic as our membership and grow and change with our members throughout their lifelong membership.

October 8, 2023 • Virtual
Alumnae Group Academy (AGA) is a virtual event held in the fall that provides training and discussion opportunities for alumnae group officers to succeed in their roles.
November 4, 2023• Dallas, Texas
This conference unites collegians and alumnae for professional development workshops, networking opportunities and connection. Attendees will have the opportunity to come together in person and grow professionally.
April 18-21, 2024 • Columbus, Ohio
Dawson Institute is an alumnae-centered program that begins with participants exploring their own selves and strengths and culminates with identifying opportunities to infuse leadership skills into achieving personal and professional goals. The program is fully funded by the Delta Gamma Foundation and named after a generous donor, Julie Whitney Dawson, Gamma Iota-DePauw.
June 2024 • Blind Children’s Center, Los Angeles, California
The Hope Serving service-learning experience offers both collegiate and alumnae members the opportunity to participate in hands-on service related to our Service for Sight mission and develop as leaders on a local, regional and (inter)national level.
Winter 2024 • Virtual
Collegiate presidents come together to discover ideas about leadership and the fundamental components that make for a successful term. Presidents learn how to inspire their chapter management teams (CMT) and membership to commit to and pursue goals for the year ahead, guided by Article II and the Oath of Friendship. This unique leadership opportunity is a blend of both functional training and professional development.
Winter 2024 • Virtual
The Collegiate Leadership Collective will bring together chapter officers to learn about the fundamental components of their position as well as network amongst their peers. CLC will introduce officers to The Pursuit and provide an opportunity to identify their goals in alignment with Article II.
Lewis Institute develops courageous leaders through the realization of their authentic selves, the knowledge of how to influence others and an understanding of how to facilitate change around Delta Gamma’s mutual purpose. Lewis Institute is an immersive five-day leadership development experience for rising college Juniors. One member attends per collegiate chapter each year. The curriculum for the Lewis Institute allows members to explore their strengths and personal leadership style, create a plan to influence change within their communities and form a greater connection to Delta Gamma as a whole. Lewis Insitute will be held in summer 2024 in Columbus, Ohio.
June 27-30, 2024 • Palm Desert, California
Every two years, Delta Gamma gathers to conduct business of the Fraternity and Foundation and celebrate sisterhood. In the summer of 2024, we will conclude our sesquicentennial celebration in Palm Desert. More details will be shared this fall.
Fall 2024 • Virtual
Adviser Training Academy (ATA) is a virtual event held in the fall semester that provides functional training to collegiate chapter officer advisers so they can be successful in their roles. Attendees also receive functional training by position.
