Officer Training Seminar (OTS) gathers all members of Delta Gamma Leadership for training and networking. It is designed to help them fine-tune and develop skills within their current roles and any future roles they may hold. OTS 2023 will be held in Memphis, Tennessee, for incoming members of the 2023-2025 Leadership team from Wednesday, June 28 to Friday, June 30, 2023. The weekend of Friday, June 30 to Sunday, July 2, 2023, will feature special programming open to all Delta Gammas to celebrate the sesquicentennial. Register HereLewis Institute develops courageous leaders through the realization of their authentic selves, the knowledge of how to influence others and an understanding of how to facilitate change around Delta Gamma’s mutual purpose. Lewis Institute is an immersive five-day leadership development experience for rising college Juniors. One member attends per collegiate chapter each year. The curriculum for the Lewis Institute allows members to explore their strengths and personal leadership style, create a plan to influence change within their communities and form a greater connection to Delta Gamma as a whole. Lewis Insitute will be held in summer 2023 in Columbus, Ohio.
The Hope Serving service-learning experience offers both collegiate and alumnae members the opportunity to participate in hands-on service related to our Service for Sight mission and develop as leaders on a local, regional and (inter)national level.

Presidents Academy is a virtual event held in the fall semester where collegiate chapter presidents come together to discover new and exciting ideas about leading and the fundamental components that make for a successful term, including how to inspire their Chapter Management Team (CMT) and members to commit to and pursue goals for the year ahead guided by Article II and the Oath of Friendship. This unique opportunity is a blend of functional training and professional development led by staff and volunteers.
Adviser/Alumnae Training Academy (ATA) is a virtual event held in the fall semester that provides functional training to collegiate chapter officer advisers and alumnae group officers so they can be successful in their roles. Attendees also receive functional training by position.
