Through membership in Delta Gamma, our sisters have access to programs and events that empower each to live the values outlined in Article II. Our programs and events are as dynamic as our membership and grow and change with our members throughout their lifelong membership.
Below are some of our upcoming events and programs.
Adviser Training Academy (ATA) is a virtual event held in the fall semester that provides functional training to collegiate chapter officer advisers so they can be successful in their roles. Attendees also receive functional training by position.
Alumnae Group Academy (AGA) is a virtual event held every fall that provides training and discussion opportunities for alumnae group officers to succeed in their roles.
The Collegiate Leadership Collective will bring together chapter officers to learn about the fundamental components of their position as well as network amongst their peers. CLC will introduce officers to The Pursuit and provide an opportunity to identify their goals in alignment with Article II.
Every two years, Delta Gamma gathers to conduct business of the Fraternity and Foundation and celebrate sisterhood. Convention 2026 will be held in Dallas, Texas.
Dawson Institute is an alumnae-centered program that begins with participants exploring their own selves and strengths and culminates with identifying opportunities to infuse leadership skills into achieving personal and professional goals. The program is fully funded by the Delta Gamma Foundation and named after a generous donor, Julie Whitney Dawson, Gamma Iota-DePauw. Apply here.
Lewis Institute develops courageous leaders through the realization of their authentic selves, the knowledge of how to influence others and an understanding of how to facilitate change around Delta Gamma’s mutual purpose. Lewis Institute is an immersive five-day leadership development experience for rising college Juniors. One member attends per collegiate chapter each year. The curriculum for the Lewis Institute allows members to explore their strengths and personal leadership style, create a plan to influence change within their communities and form a greater connection to Delta Gamma as a whole. Lewis Insitute will be held in summer 2024 in Columbus, Ohio.
Every year, this annual training and networking event is held for all current Delta Gamma house directors by the Office of Housing.
The Hope Serving service-learning experience offers both collegiate and alumnae members the opportunity to participate in hands-on service related to our Service for Sight mission and develop as leaders on a local, regional and (inter)national level.
Request a speaker from Fraternity Council, the Foundation Board of Trustees, or the Fraternity or Foundation executive director for your Founders Day or special event. After you submit the form, an Executive Offices staff member will contact you to discuss your event, budget, speaker preferences, alternatives and logistics.
