Delta Gamma Executive Offices, including the Dorothy Garrett Martin Foundation Center, are located in Columbus, Ohio, and are the primary information centers for the Fraternity, Foundation and Office of Housing. Our Executive Offices building opened in 1961 and was the first building constructed solely to house a sorority headquarters. Today, there are more than 80 professional staff members working to support Delta Gamma.
Fraternity Executive Director Tracey Doebling Williams, Beta Sigma-Maryland, leads the Executive Offices staff. She ensures our staff is in step with the vision and strategies set forth by Delta Gamma’s Council. She constantly strives for excellence and works closely with staff to achieve the same. Tracey has more than 20 years of experience at Delta Gamma.
Contact Executive OfficesThe training, development and member experience team provides carefully crafted, high-quality experiences and opportunities for learning and involvement through all stages of membership. The department oversees collegiate officer training, Fraternity events, health and wellness initiatives, leadership development programming, and volunteer recruitment and retention. They work closely with volunteers, staff, and our members to develop programming that meets the needs of our membership and focuses on the Fraternity’s core purpose.
Contact Training, Development and Member Experience DepartmentThe member services department keeps the pulse of our alumnae, collegians, volunteers, staff, university administrators, parents and National Panhellenic Conference counterparts. This team provides training and administrative services to volunteers, collegiate chapters and alumnae groups. Our member services team is also the primary contact for Fraternity/Sorority Advisors on college and university campuses.
Contact Member Services DepartmentInformation flows in and out of the marketing and communications team. Social media, engagement strategies, branding and messaging, website management, merchandise, and our quarterly magazine, the ANCHORA, are just some of the initiatives this team oversees. From media relations when breaking news hits a college campus to telling the Delta Gamma story around the world, the marketing and communications team crafts and disseminates the Fraternity’s message.
Contact Marketing and Communications DepartmentOur finance team is responsible for providing accurate and timely information regarding financial affairs, including revenue collection and distribution of funds, budgeting and financial reporting. This team provides financial services to collegiate chapters, the Foundation and the Housing Office.
Contact Finance DepartmentThe legal and operations team provides personalized assistance with administrative tasks and special projects Executive Offices. The legal and operations team takes great pride in being the “hub” of EO and providing great customer service to all who call or contact Executive Offices.
Contact Executive OfficesThis group supports our housing volunteers and helps our collegiate chapters maintain safe living environments. They provide financial and HR expertise, project management, as well as process payroll, accounts payable and receivable and taxes for all Delta Gamma house corporations.

Contact Shared Services DepartmentHuman Resources is responsible for supporting employees for the entirety of their employment through fostering best practices in recruiting, compensation, benefits, talent development, and in creating a positive employee experience.
Contact Human Resources DepartmentFoundation Executive Director Leslie Loop Martin, Gamma Rho-Wittenberg, works closely with the Foundation Board of Trustees, Leadership volunteers, staff and professional partners to oversee the administration and management of the Foundation. She is responsible for the oversight of key initiatives in support of the Foundation’s mission.
Contact the FoundationThe Development team cultivates relationships with members and donors to provide an outlet to ensure that their philanthropic goals are met. They work together with individuals, alumnae groups, and collegiate chapters in the area of major gifts and help donors establish legacy gifts. Contact DevelopmentThe Donor Relations team coordinates donor recognition efforts and manages Foundation grants and financial awards. Please contact this department with questions about scholarships or fellowships, Crisis Grants, Service for Sight grants, your giving history with the Foundation, matching and recurring gifts, gift acknowledgments, and tribute giving opportunities.
Contact Donor RelationsThe Finance team manages all matters related to the finances of the Foundation, including individual donations, chapter and alumnae group fundraising events, accounts payable and receivable, and the annual audit. The finance team also assists with house corporation projects and campaigns. Please contact the finance department with questions related to the tax-deductibility of gifts, volunteer and staff expense reports, fundraising questions, and how to direct a portion of your fundraising proceeds to a local 501(c)(3).
Contact Foundation FinanceThe Communications group manages all facets of Foundation marketing and internal and external communications, coordinates the annual giving program, and shares the impact of the Foundation through reports, press releases, social media, and the Anchora. The Communication staff also plans internal and external events and supports the work of the Foundation Board of Trustees and other departments.
