In 2014, Delta Gamma created the Fraternity Management Corporation (FMC).
The FMC supports a number of Delta Gamma chapters across North America that currently do not have a Delta Gamma-owned house or a fully operating volunteer house corporation board, which allows them to obtain the resources they need to succeed.
FMC is governed by two members of Council, two housing directors and an at-large member named by Council. The FMC fulfills the role of the local house corporation, including administrating finances and filing reports.
Chapters that are part of the FMC create annual wish lists, which are reviewed and administered by the FMC. This functions in much of the same way as house corporation boards operate for chapters who have them. As needed, ad hoc requests are also to be considered.
