We are looking forward to seeing incoming chapter management team (CMT) officers and chapter advisers at RTD in the coming weeks!
RTD is the annual training event designed to prepare you for your leadership role, promote community amongst Delta Gamma CMT officers and empower you to lead. You will leave RTD equipped with tools needed to fulfill your position responsibilities and to guide your chapter toward the Fraternity Standards for Collegiate Chapters.
This training is required for all incoming chapter management team (CMT) officers. Chapter advisers are invited to attend alongside the officers they advise. Out of an abundance of caution and care for the health of our members, Delta Gamma has decided to transition our 2021 RTD series to a virtual format, with all training via Zoom. Although we are saddened that we cannot gather in person, we are excited to see you virtually this winter. This training will equip you with the knowledge, resources, and best practices to successfully support your chapter. If you are not familiar with Zoom and wish to learn more about this platform or would like to ensure your technology is optimized for the training, please review these technology requirements.
All officers need to complete CMT Officer Pre-Work prior to attending this training. Don’t forget to review the General Schedule to see when you should be attending your RTD based on the time zone of your training event and the time zone in which you will be participating.
Attendees will attend their region's training date. New chapters will attend the RTD in their geographical region. Thanks to the virtual platform, regions will collaborate in pairs to host four RTDs throughout January and February. Trainings will be held from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the time zones in which they are held.

Registration will remain open on a rolling basis until all required CMT officers have registered. You will be automatically registered for your region’s training day. Please note that each CMT officer and chapter adviser should complete their own registration form. You will be automatically registered for your region’s training day.
If an officer is unable to attend their region’s date, they will complete an Event Waiver, noting their preferred alternate date(s). Once the waiver has been approved, a confirmation email will be sent. If applicable, an updated training date will be given, and they may register for RTD.
More information will be sent to registered attendees the week of their training.
Save the Date! Join us in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania from Thursday, June 23 – Sunday, June 26, 2022 for the 70th Biennial Convention! More details about this exciting event will be forthcoming.
