Delta Gamma’s Lifetime Leadership Program

We know the bonds of sisterhood far surpass collegiate years and so does the chance to grow and develop as a leader! That’s why we are excited to announce Delta Gamma’s newest programming initiative for alumnae: the Lifetime Leadership Program.   

The inaugural Lifetime Leadership Program is an opportunity to grow as a leader — personally, professionally and within Delta Gamma — while building meaningful connections with sisters across the organization. Through a focus on leading self, others, in the workplace and within Delta Gamma, participants will strengthen key leadership skills and expand their network in a supportive, engaging environment.   

Selected Lifetime Leadership Program participants will join a cohort of 20-40 alumnae and engage in quarterly virtual sessions (1.5-2 hours each) led by trained facilitators and staff. Sessions are highly interactive, featuring small group discussions and opportunities to connect with different cohort members throughout the year to deepen relationships.

 Application Timeline   

• Deadline to apply: Sunday, August 16  
• Applicant updates and selection notifications: by Friday, September 4 
• Selected participants confirm participation: by Tuesday, September 15  

Specific dates and times of program sessions will be shared with invitations to selected participants. Applicants can expect live sessions hosted quarterly following this schedule:   

• October 2026   
• January 2027   
• April 2027   
• July 2027   

Any Delta Gamma alumna is eligible to apply. Current Fraternity/Foundation Leadership members are not eligible to apply at this time. Questions ? Contact dgevents@deltgamma.org.
