Tiffany “Jill” Arrington was born into a family that knew a lot about sports. Her father, Rick Arrington, played quarterback for the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles in the early 1970s. Her career has taken her to CBS, ESPN, and Fox Sports. After studying Broadcast Journalism and Political Science in college, Jill’s first job in television was as a producer and corresponded for the show Main Floor.  

She soon found herself at Fox Sports where she co-hosted NFL Under the Helmet, was a featured reporter on Fox NFL Sunday and a sideline reporter for women’s tennis. In 2000 she began working at ESPN as the sideline reporter and the host of the Arena Football Pregame Show. At the same time she was also worked for CBS as a sideline reporter for Saturday’s Live CBS College Football game of the week, feature reporter for CBS NFL Today Show, and a reporter for the US Open tennis. In 2010 she returned to Fox sports hosting College Football Saturday Preview, Totally NASCAR, and FoxSportsFlash. In 2015 she began working at CBS Los Angeles anchoring SportsCentral.
