The Catherine Stuart Schmoker Principled Alumna Leadership Award has been developed and funded by Helen Catherine (HK) Stuart and her husband James Stuart to honor and recognize their daughter Catherine (Kit) Stuart Schmoker: her commitment to her alma mater at Kappa-Nebraska University, Delta Gamma, her community, and her church. The award will honor a Delta Gamma alumna member who is making a significant leadership contribution to her community, state, or nation in an area of philanthropy or philanthropic service. A Delta Gamma Foundation fellowship will be named in honor of the award recipient and a donation sent to a qualifying charitable organization of her choice consistent with the principals and goals of the Delta Gamma Foundation. The award will be managed by the Delta Gamma Fraternity and funded by the Delta Gamma Foundation.
