READ — Read all Watchwords materials for the Alumnae Pursuit. The complete Facilitator's Guide and Resource Guide are excellent resources, too.

COMMUNICATE — Distribute appropriate materials to affected officers and members.

SELECT — Choose activities, guests and/or events

PLAN — Place all dates on the calendar: include education units, speakers, text readings, etc.

DELEGATE — Work to involve others in all aspects of the program. Be sure the involved facilitators know their responsibilities and roles.

ORGANIZE — Organize your educational units.

EDUCATE — Implement the programs as you planned.

EVALUATE — Ask the participants their impression of the program: what were the benefits of the program, would they like to help, new ideas, etc. Utilize the evaluation sheet from the Facilitator's Guide.
