The Foundation Center was opened in June 1991 and was dedicated as the Dorothy Garrett Martin Foundation Center in April 1992. The upper story is devoted to a well-organized, efficient training center with sleeping space for 14. Meetings of the Fraternity and Foundation Boards of Trustees take place in the Martin Center, as do training sessions for Collegiate Development Consultants, Fraternity and Foundation officers, and alumnae on special assignments. A Delta Gamma "hotel" of sorts, the training center's top floor has frequent guests in residence. Its construction has meant a tremendous savings to Delta Gamma for meeting expenses.

Every member of Delta Gamma is encouraged to tour Executive Offices to see the Fraternity in action. The following are areas of expertise handled by the staff.

Administrative Services: In addition to processing incoming and outgoing mail, logging checks, receiving guests and serving as receptionists for the Fraternity and Foundation telephone lines, this department also provides assistance to Council officers, Executive Directors and various Cabinet and staff with administrative tasks, projects and reports.

Alumnae Services: This division of Member Services manages requests for information from alumnae groups, provides alumnae e-Ops training and alumnae cabinet training, processes per capita dues, assists with alumnae programming and development and provides group reports and alumnae spreadsheets for (e-)mailings. Assistance is also given to organized alumnae groups, house corporations and the Delta Gamma Foundation. Staff in this division prepare and distribute 25-, 50- and 60-year certificates and letters to 75-year members. Collegiate and alumnae award certificates are also coordinated through Alumnae Services. Since the database is managed at Executive Offices, staff members additionally can provide Excel files of members and addresses for a myriad of Fraternity mailings — everything from an issue of the ANCHORA to a chapter's new member class reunion.

The Frances Lewis Stevenson Archives: Named for former Field Secretary, ANCHORA Editor and Director of Communications, Frances Lewis Stevenson, Zeta-Albion, the archives contains records and mementos from Delta Gamma's past. Historical files are maintained for each collegiate chapter, the Founders, Conventions, outstanding members and subjects of general Fraternity interest. This office also assists with chapter anniversaries and research. Delta Gamma was the first women's fraternity to employ a professional archivist as a staff member.

Collegiate Development Services: This division of Member Services assists collegiate chapters throughout North America. The team members, Collegiate Development Specialists (CDS), process and authorize Initiations, assist with Collegiate Development Consultant training and scheduling and approve and authorize Initiations. CDSs also aid in chapter development, partner with chapters to refine, develop, and implement programs and assist with expansion, colonizations and Installations. The CDSs also travel to chapters in their assigned regions to facilitate workshops and educate the chapters they service.

Collegiate Finance: Collegiate chapters receive monthly financial statements from this office. The staff supervise all collegiate financial affairs and reports on the current data which includes a monthly budget comparison. The staff in this office also provide training and support on financial software, financial policies, collections and taxes.

Communications: The ANCHORA, other Fraternity publications, major projects and handbooks are written and designed in this office. Staff members complete news releases, production and circulation of electronic programs, publicity, preparation of printed materials and displays for Conventions and other Fraternity meetings. The Web team is also a part of the Communications department.

Consultants and Colonies: The Collegiate Development Consultants (CDC) and colony consultants are managed through the Member Services Department. The Assistant Executive Director/Director of Member Services serves the CDC team by being the direct liaison for the CDCs with Council, Cabinet and staff. The Assistant Executive Director also partners with the Vice-President: Collegians to market, hire, train and manage this dynamic program. The CDC role involves visiting campuses across the United States and Canada to promote leadership, service, scholarship, and sisterhood in our collegiate women and values-based living and learning in our chapters. She serves as a mentor for hundreds of college students each year and is empowered to affect change on several dozen campuses across the United States and Canada. Colonies and other expansion opportunities are supported via this office with the support of the CDC team and the Vice: President: Membership and Director of Expansion.

Conventions and Meetings: Complex and long-range preparations for Delta Gamma Conventions, seminars and leadership training are carried out in this office. Arrangements for rooms and travel are among these preparations.

Finance: Fraternity, Foundation and ANCHORA are handled by staff members who oversee the collection of dues, fees and contributions and the payment of bills and staff salaries. Student loans, investments, chapter house mortgages, operating expenditures, scholarship and fellowship monies, annual per capita dues, bequests and other areas of financial activities are recorded by staff members who provide accounting services.

Foundation: The Foundation primarily functions to provide philanthropic resources and assistance to members in our effort to "Do Good." The Foundation administers Scholarships, Graduate Fellowships, Student Loans, Anchor Grants, Service for Sight Grants and funds over 10 Fraternity educational programs including Well Aware, PRO, Leadership for Life and Cable Connection. The Foundation team conducts yearly fundraising campaigns for programs, scholarships, special projects and events. The Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) organization and donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.

Fraternity Housing Corporation: Handling the operations of collegiate house corporations is the responsibility of this office. The Fraternity Housing Corporation takes care of budgets, payroll, bills, taxes, insurance, building and renovations for chapters who contract for a variety of fees-for-service packages.

Membership Records: Each time a member moves, gets married, or wishes to change her name for some reason, the Membership Records Coordinator, who is part of the Member Services department must make the appropriate change in the Fraternity's database. Information is maintained on members who have won awards, received scholarships and fellowships from the Fraternity, served as officers, etc. The staff also add newly initiated members to the database, and record deaths and severances of membership.

Merchandising: From Fraternity jewelry to Anchor Market Place, questions regarding ordering processes and merchandising related inquiries are handles by the staff member in this office.

Resource Development: Resources for everything from wellness topics to recruitment skits are available through this office. The coordinator also handles development of new topics, presentations and educational units.
