In addition to processing incoming and outgoing mail, logging checks, receiving guests and serving as receptionists for the Fraternity and Foundation telephone lines, this department also provides assistance to Council officers, Executive Directors and various Cabinet and staff with administrative tasks, projects and reports.
The ANCHORA, other Fraternity publications, major projects and handbooks are written and designed in this office. Staff members complete news releases, production and circulation of electronic programs, publicity, preparation of printed materials and displays for Conventions and other Fraternity meetings. The Web team is also a part of the Communications department.
Named for former Field Secretary, ANCHORA Editor and Director of Communications, Frances Lewis Stevenson, Zeta-Albion, the archives contains records and mementos from Delta Gamma's past. Historical files are maintained for each collegiate chapter, the Founders, Conventions, outstanding members and subjects of general Fraternity interest. This office also assists with chapter anniversaries and research. Delta Gamma was the first women's fraternity to employ a professional archivist as a staff member.
Complex and long-range preparations for Delta Gamma Conventions, seminars and leadership training are carried out in this office. Arrangements for rooms and travel are among these preparations.
: From Fraternity jewelry to Anchor Market Place, questions regarding ordering processes, merchandising and trademarking related inquiries are handles by the staff member in this office.

Fraternity, Foundation and ANCHORA are handled by staff members who oversee the collection of dues, fees and contributions and the payment of bills and staff salaries. Student loans, investments, chapter house mortgages, operating expenditures, scholarship and fellowship monies, annual per capita dues, bequests and other areas of financial activities are recorded by staff members who provide accounting services.
: Collegiate chapters receive monthly financial statements from this office. The staff supervise all collegiate financial affairs and reports on the current data which includes a monthly budget comparison. The staff in this office also provide training and support on financial software, financial policies, collections and taxes.
: The Foundation primarily functions to provide philanthropic resources and assistance to members in our effort to "Do Good". The Foundation administers scholarships, graduate fellowships, student loans, Anchor Grants, Service for Sight Grants and funds over 10 Fraternity educational programs including the PRO program and Leadership for Life. The Foundation team conducts yearly fundraising campaigns for programs, scholarships, special projects and events. The Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) organization and donations are tax deductible as allowed by law.
Handling the operations of collegiate house corporations is the responsibility of this office. The Fraternity Housing Corporation takes care of budgets, payroll, bills, taxes, insurance, building and renovations for chapters who contract for a variety of fees-for-service packages.
Alumnae Services: This area answers questions about alumnae groups and myDG, provides alumnae e-Ops training and Cabinet training, processes per capita dues, assists with alumnae programming and development and provides group reports and alumnae spreadsheets. Staff in this division prepare and distribute 25-, 50- and 60-year certificates, letters to 75-year members and collegiate and alumnae award certificates. Also, since the database is managed at Executive Offices, staff members can provide lists of member names and addresses for mailings—everything from an issue of the ANCHORA to a chapter's new member class reunion.
Collegiate Development Services: This area assists the collegiate chapters. The team members, Collegiate Development Specialists (CDS), process and authorize Initiations, assist with Collegiate Development Consultant training and scheduling and approve and authorize Initiations. They also aid in chapter development, partner with chapters to refine, develop, and implement programs and assist with expansion, colonizations and Installations. The CDSs travel to chapters in their assigned regions to facilitate workshops and educate the chapters they service.
Consultants, Expansion and Colonies: The Collegiate Development Consultants (CDC) and colony consultants are managed through this department. The Assistant Executive Director/Director of Member Services serves the CDC team by being the direct liaison for the CDCs with Council, Cabinet and staff. Colonies, expansion opportunities and chapter closings are also supported via this office.
Membership Records: Each time a member moves, gets married, or wishes to change her name for some reason the staff member in this area makes the appropriate change in the Fraternity's database. Information is maintained on members who have won awards, received scholarships and fellowships from the Fraternity, served as officers, etc. The staff also add newly initiated members to the database, and record deaths and terminations of membership.
Resource Development: This area assists with Delta Gamma’s program development, particularly in the area of leadership. The Director of Resource Development & Collegiate Development Specialists manages the Leveraging Leaders, GreekLifeEdu, PRO, Leadership for Life, Lamps of Knowledge, Golden Anchor and risk management programs.
