Once you complete your goals for the five stages, the final goal is the creation of a personal artifact. This artifact must represent what the Individual Pursuit meant to you. You may ask yourself the following questions: How am I a better person? How has the Individual Pursuit encouraged me to accomplish my goals? How have I given back to Delta Gamma?

You must compose, write, discover, share, create or develop an object or document that represents your experience in the Individual Pursuit. The artifact should be a medium that is comfortable to you and enables you to express your feelings, experiences, memories, new ideas and dreams gained through the journey of the Individual Pursuit. Mediums may include, but are not limited to, songs, journals, collages, photographs, paintings, drawings, dances, poetry, speeches, sculpture, craft projects, woodwork or metal work. Additionally, you could write a mission statement for your personal artifact, which will allow you to continue to define your goals and objectives while creating a mission for your future.

Whatever medium you choose, the personal artifact should represent the never-ending journey of personal growth.

Presentation of the artifact could be made during an alumnae meeting or informal gathering but is not restricted to sharing with Delta Gammas. It is imperative that you feel that the people with whom you are sharing your artifact are important forces in your personal development. Family members, friends, mentors, and professional colleagues are all potential audiences to consider for artifact presentation.
